We use our social capital and personal connections with banks, real-estate agencies, brokers and other investors to find investment objects,  mostly apartments and single family homes,  with the best price – productivity ratio.

We concentrate on real-estate with a very good profitability on lease and potential return on realization in the future.  The apartments and houses that fall into our area of interest are bought with much lower prices than actual market value and construction price.

We are partners, that means, we only make profit when the investor makes profit.
